"All Saints" Movie Giveaway

I love movies that are inspiring -- even more so when the movie is based on a true story. "All Saints" is just that -- an inspiring movie based on a true story! Releasing nationwide on Friday, August 25, 2017, "All Saints" looks to be a feel good movie (recommended age is 10 and up).

John Corbett is known for starring in some great movies including: "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" and "Ramona and Beezus" (where he plays one of the best dads ever).

In "All Saints" John Corbett plays salesman-turned-pastor, Michael Spurlock, who is told his first assignment as pastor is to shut down his small church.

Michael, his congregation, and a group of Karen refugees from Burma sponsored by his church are faced with a decision -- will they risk it all and rise to the challenge to provide hope for their community?

"All Saints" is sure to be a movie with a great message. I'm looking forward to seeing it and supporting a quality, Christian movie. I hope it will challenge Christians to step out in faith and make a difference in the lives of others and in the lives of their communities.

Check out:

"All Saints" Official Film Site has some amazing resources including: Refugee Information, Discussion Guides and clips from the movie.

"All Saints" Facebook Page has photos, interviews (including one with the real Michael Spurlock) and behind-the-scenes clips!

Buy it: Visit "All Saints" Official Film Site to buy tickets for the movie and get more information.

Win it: One Sowing Dandelion Seeds reader (US only) will win movie tickets for two to see the movie "All Saints" in theaters! (2 Fandango discount code tickets).

Disclosure: As a featured contributor of Sony's ALL SAINTS Influencer Program, I received the value of two movie tickets in exchange for an honest review on my blog. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe would be good for my readers.

  7. "During World War II, when the Japanese occupied the region, long-term tensions between the Karen and Burma turned into open fighting. As a consequence, many villages were destroyed and massacres committed by both the Japanese and the Burma Independence Army (BIA) troops who helped the Japanese invade the country."

  12. Karen groups reside primarily in Karen State, southern and southeastern Myanmar. The Karen make up approximately 7 percent of the total Burmese population with approximately 5 million people.[6] A large number of Karen have migrated to Thailand, having settled mostly on the Thailand–Myanmar border.
